It also summarizes some of the outcomes of a team effectiveness workshop that I ran last month, which features the results of some of the new thinking and diagnostics around teamwork. Things really have changed – we now have teams with far more fluid membership, teams that are more far-flung, and teams that are only now beginning to understand the importance of psychological safety.
