I’m just digging out after spending a week with some fantastic participants at our course Leading Strategic Growth and Change. We suffered a bit from the “ash” fallout as many potential participants couldn’t make it – all rather chaotic.
One of our participants has been in financial services for some time and is now working on a serious entrepreneurial opportunity (all very hush hush so I can’t say much more). He was kind enough to observe the following about the relevance of the course and the tools that we apply in it:
For the last two years everyone has been pre-occupied fighting fires – adjusting to the crisis and reduced economic activity. However now we’re at a turning point. This course is about looking to the future and opportunities for growth. Discovery Driven Planning and other tools taught on this course provided the framework to identify and manage strategic growth / change opportunities. I can not recommend it highly enough.
