Bob Sutton is a rarity – a talented academic who knows how to translate serious research into practical use. He has more books to his name than we’ll have time to talk about but some of my fave’s are “The No A**hole Rule” and “The Knowing-Doing Gap.” He’s got a new one coming out with the working title “The Friction Project: How Leader Make the Right Things Easier, the Wrong Things Harder, and Do it Without Driving People Crazy (with Huggy Rao).” We’re going to be talking about whatever he wants to discuss in this upcoming Friday Fireside Chat.
