Paul J. LeBlanc is one of my personal heroes. As President of Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) he did what many said was impossible – he took back on-line education from predatory for-profit schools and made it possible for tens of thousands of students to graduate and seize opportunities. He’s also the author of a wonderful, hopeful and human new book “Broken: How Our Social Systems are Failing Us and How We can Fix Them.” It’s a very human read, infused with the wisdom of Paul’s many years of experience and with his humility as a leader. He shows us that we needn’t despair of our messed up social systems but rather can each participate in making them better.
