Leading Strategic Growth and Change is an executive education program that helps senior executives drive profitable organic growth and cultural change so that their organizations succeed by entering attractive new markets, innovating more effectively and staying ahead of the competition. Faculty Director Rita Gunther McGrath, is an associate professor of management and author of three books: Discovery Driven Growth, MarketBusters and The Entrepreneurial Mindset. The program's course content is derived from research underlying these books and her many other research projects.
Before the program begins, participants write and submit a summary of a growth or change problem that they are currently facing or that they foresee in their organizations. Participants are also provided a number of cases, readings, and study questions before the program.
Through general discussions, work in small groups and peer coaching, the program assists participants in thoroughly examining their personal business case and then developing a strategy for going forward.
